Information you provide

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The type of property you are inquiring about
• Any details you include in your message

If you become a client, or contact us by phone, email, or mail, we may also receive information such as your company name, mailing or property address, property details, lease and tenant information, and financial records related to the properties we manage on your behalf.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the servers and services that deliver the Site receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

• To respond to you, including answering inquiries, scheduling consultations, and preparing proposals.
• To provide services, including property operations, lease administration, financial reporting, and owner and tenant communication for properties we manage.
• To communicate with you about your inquiry or our services. We will only send marketing communications with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal obligations, including recordkeeping requirements that apply to Colorado real estate brokerages, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers that process information on our behalf, such as our form-processing, website-hosting, email, and accounting providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• High Ridge Realty, the brokerage that operates PMG, for internal business, supervisory, and recordkeeping purposes.
• Contractors and vendors engaged to service a property we manage, limited to the information needed to perform that work.
• Legal requirements, when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PMG, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers, if PMG is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The Site relies on the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing the information it receives.

The Site may also link to outside websites, such as credential verification pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

The Site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors or track you across other websites.

Our third-party service providers may use small files or similar technologies strictly as needed to deliver their services, such as preventing spam on form submissions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to browse the Site.

If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.

Client and property records are kept for the period required by Colorado real estate recordkeeping rules and then securely disposed of.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold, including:

• Encrypted (HTTPS) connections for the Site and contact form submissions.
• Access to personal information limited to team members who need it to do their jobs.
• Service providers selected in part for their security practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by C.R.S. § 6-1-716.

You may contact us at any time to:

• Access — ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
• Marketing opt-out — ask us to stop sending marketing communications. Opting out does not affect messages related to services you receive from us.

To make a request, email privacy@pmgofco.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
