Her banking background allows her to see beyond day-to-day operations — helping owners make informed decisions backed by real data, market trends, and sound financial strategy.

Robert McGruder is a Colorado-based property management professional whose career reflects decades of hands-on operational leadership, technical depth, and an unwavering commitment to client-focused service. Robert's background spans facilities management, building engineering, and executive operations leadership across the Front Range. As Vice President of Operations at Property Management Group LLC, he oversaw real estate and property management services region-wide. Prior to that, as Director of Plant Operations and Chief Safety Officer at Littleton Manor Nursing Home, he achieved a zero-deficiency rating through OSHA, the Colorado Department of Health, the City of Littleton, and the Littleton Fire Department — a testament to his rigorous operational standards.
His technical foundation runs deep, having served as Lead Building Engineer and HVAC Technician managing complex mechanical systems from DDC controls to boilers and electrical infrastructure. That ground-up understanding of how buildings function informs every decision he makes today.
